As Senior Director and a licensed attorney in the State of New York, Jill oversees our U.S. import and export projects. She reviews her clients’ business models and practices to determine risk then provides solutions for risk management, compliance, and penalty mitigation. She has expertise in DDTC registration, export license application, export license management, and extraterritorial controls for foreign companies of products and services covered under the EAR, ITAR, and Sanctions regulations.
